4.2 Programme status

The Compensate programme is currently in its interest registration phase. Pricing shown on this Website (€39/tonne CO₂e) is indicative; final subscription rates will be confirmed at programme launch and communicated to registered parties before any commitment is made.

Submitting an interest registration does not constitute a binding contract or financial commitment. No payment is collected through the Website at this stage.

4.3 Programme launch and subscription terms

On programme launch, subscribing organisations will receive a separate Programme Agreement setting out:

• Confirmed pricing per tonne CO₂e and per subscription tier
• Delivery and verification methodology for offset certificates
• Payment terms, invoicing, and VAT treatment
• Cancellation and refund policy
• Audit rights and traceability documentation

These Terms of Use do not constitute or substitute for the Programme Agreement.
